Skill and Attributes:

• Senior leadership exposure - minimum of 2 years experience in retail, preferably apparel 
• Effective time management skills
• Confident in leading, training, and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the store's performance
• Ability to work well under pressure 
• Proven experience in stock management & VM
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Excellent customer service standards

The role:
Reporting to the District Manager, leading a team size of 10. This position is responsible for all day-to-day operations ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively. With the support of an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of your team to ensure your store is exceeding expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a brand new store, located in Westfield Newmarket.
