Our client: 

Has been making history in New Zealand and now globally since 1946, pushing boundaries and growing its local and international retail customer base. Their brand has become so iconic that over more recent years they opened their own hospitality brand to showcase New Zealand's greatness through premium dining. 

The role: 

Will see you motivate and lead a small team of 4x to success within their Chartwell retail store. Working closely with the team on delivering impeccable service, driving sales and achievement of targets, and maintaining a well-presented and well-stocked store at all times. 

-Coach, lead, and drive the team to success 
-Manage all stock inventory as well as store transfers 
-Ensure visual merchandising and promotions and actioned to a high level 
-Maintain control of budgets, costs including labour, and overall P&L management 

What you will bring to this role: 

-Current store management experience in an apparel environment 
-Experience leading teams within high-end premium product/boutique environments would be preferred 
-Experience in a consultative sales environment
-Commercial and financial acumen 

 What you will be rewarded with: 

-$58-60k per annum (based on experience) 
-Commission incentives - earn up to $20k per year based on your individual performance 
-Tuesday - Saturday roster 
-Support from your National Manager
