Based in Melbourne North this high-volume clearance location offers a fast-paced environment with plenty of stock movement, regular visual changes and strong opportunities to make an impact.
Your New Role
As the VM & Stock Coordinator , you’ll take ownership of visual presentation and stock flow across a busy clearance store, ensuring the space looks its best while large volumes of product are efficiently managed and moved onto the shop floor.
No two days will be exactly the same. You’ll balance visual merchandising, stock movement and store presentation while working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and the wider team to respond to trade and business priorities.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll use your understanding of fashion and commercial visual merchandising to create strong product displays, identify opportunities to improve product placement and ensure the store is well stocked and ready to trade.
You’ll manage stock from delivery through to the shop floor, support replenishment and back-of-house organisation and help execute seasonal, promotional and VM changes.
Experience Checklist
We are looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine love of fashion retail.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within visual merchandising, stock coordination or fashion retail management
- Experience working within a high-volume retail environment
- Strong fashion visual merchandising and store presentation skills
- Understanding of how VM, product placement and stock availability can influence sales
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clearance environment where product is constantly moving
- Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with store leadership
