As a Visual Merchandiser in the Karrinyup store , you will be responsible for executing in-store VM guidelines, decorative features of the store, presenting the product in an inviting and exciting way in order to maximise customer satisfaction and sales. Work collaboratively with the management team to make commercial discussions to promote business success. You will need to be a natural leader, with a passion for trends and coordination. Your creativity and flawless execution skills will see you succeed in this role.
What you will need:
- Retail Visual Merchandising experience
- High attention to detail
- Execute according to guidelines
- Experience with large floor moves
- Ideally come from large format\high volume retailers
- Decorative understanding - building window set ups and mannequin placements
- International trend and fashion knowledge
- Implementing seasonal updates and weekly product changes
- Communicating and delivering feedback to national VM & operations teams
- KPI experience
