- Proven B2B or trade sales experience with strong closing ability
- Confident CRM user with disciplined pipeline management
- Solid understanding of lighting products or willingness to quickly build expertise
- Mandarin or other Asian language skills
- Background in interiors, design, or construction-related industries
- Well-established, respected lighting brand with strong market presence
- Monthly incentives that reward performance
- Flexibility to manage your time and client relationships across a Monday to Friday roster with very little weekend work required
