We're looking for a Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a busy trade retail store in Melville. You'll work alongside a close-knit team, help drive sales, maintain high store standards and make sure every customer leaves with the right product and advice.

You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the daily operations of the store
- Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Assisting retail and trade customers with product recommendations
- Paint tinting and mixing (full training provided if required)
- Managing stock, merchandising and inventory
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented store
- Processing sales and assisting with store administration
- Building strong relationships with local trade customers
- Leadership experience in retail, trade, hardware, paint or building supplies
- A genuine passion for customer service
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence managing priorities in a busy environment
- Experience using POS or inventory systems
- A current driver's licence
