We're looking for a Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a busy trade retail store in Melville. You'll work alongside a close-knit team, help drive sales, maintain high store standards and make sure every customer leaves with the right product and advice.

Whether your background is hardware, paint, trade supplies or large-format retail, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role As Team Leader, you'll be involved in every part of the business. From coaching your team to assisting customers and keeping the store running smoothly, you'll lead by example every day.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Supporting the daily operations of the store
  • Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Assisting retail and trade customers with product recommendations
  • Paint tinting and mixing (full training provided if required)
  • Managing stock, merchandising and inventory
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented store
  • Processing sales and assisting with store administration
  • Building strong relationships with local trade customers
About you You'll bring:
  • Leadership experience in retail, trade, hardware, paint or building supplies
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence managing priorities in a busy environment
  • Experience using POS or inventory systems
  • A current driver's licence
