We're looking for a Team Leader to join a busy Decorator Centre in Melville. This role is ideal for someone with a background in painting, paint retail or trade supplies who enjoys working with people and wants to share their knowledge in a leadership position.
You'll support both trade and DIY customers, lead a close-knit team and help keep the store running smoothly every day.

- Leadership or supervisory experience, or the confidence to step into your first leadership role
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
- Basic computer skills and a current driver's licence
