About the Role
We’re looking for a Team Leader to join a well-established retail store in Melville. In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll support store operations, drive sales performance, and create a safe, engaging workplace where your team and customers thrive.
You’ll play a key role in coaching team members, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring every customer receives expert advice and genuine service.

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences across retail and trade
- Provide expert colour and product advice, including paint tinting and mixing
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock control
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and safety compliance
- Process sales transactions and end-of-day reports
- Build lasting relationships with customers and trade clients
- Support deliveries and in-store promotions as required
- Previous experience in retail, trade, or paint-related environments
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with strong coaching ability
- Confident communicator with a genuine passion for customer engagement
- Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role, including manual handling
- Tech-savvy with POS or stock management system experience
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
- Current driver’s licence required
