About the Role
We’re looking for a Team Leader to join a well-established retail store in Melville. You’ll lead a small, motivated team, support day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional service to both retail and trade customers. It’s a hands-on role where your trade experience and people skills truly shine - helping others choose the right products and get great results.

- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Natural leader with strong coaching and problem-solving skills
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a hands-on retail environment
- Tech-savvy with basic POS or stock control experience
- Current driver’s licence required
