This role is ideal for an experienced supermarket or FMCG leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building strong teams, and wants the opportunity to genuinely own the operation rather than feel like just another number in a large corporate structure.

The Opportunity | Store Manager – Dysart QLD
• Up to $85,000 + Super

What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading day-to-day supermarket operations
• Driving sales, wage control and store performance
• Building a strong and accountable team culture
• Managing stock flow, merchandising and compliance
• Coaching and developing your leadership team
• Delivering strong customer experiences within a community-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
• Previous supermarket, FMCG or high-volume retail leadership experience
• Strong operational capability and commercial awareness
• Hands-on leadership style
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Ability to adapt to regional living and community-based retail environments
• Confident leading from the front within a fast-paced store environment
