Your New Role:
As Store Manager , you’ll take the lead of an established store with a newly formed team, playing a key role in shaping culture, developing capability and driving performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance commercial outcomes with people development. You’ll lead from the front on the shop floor styling customers, building relationships and creating memorable experiences while confidently managing the day-to-day operations of the business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to deliver a premium, boutique-style experience
- Driving key store KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT and VIP sign-ups
- Building strong customer relationships through personalised service and styling
- Leading from the front on the floor, setting the tone for service and sales
- Managing store operations including rostering, wage control and daily processes
- Creating a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
- Providing ongoing feedback, training and development to build team capability
- Maintaining exceptional standards across store presentation and customer experience
- Proven experience as a Store Manager within retail
- A strong background in boutique or service-led environments
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs
- Experience leading, coaching and developing a team
- Passion for customer connection and delivering elevated service
- Solid operational skills across rostering, store performance and team management
- A hands-on, adaptable leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
- Resilient and comfortable navigating change within a growing business
