Your New Role:
As Store Manager of the Camberwell boutique, you will lead a close-knit team, grow a loyal customer base and take ownership of the store’s commercial and operational performance.
- Coach your team to deliver personalised styling and exceptional service.
- Build customer loyalty through appointments, clienteling, events and regular follow-up.
- Drive sales by developing your team across KPIs, styling and customer engagement.
- Manage rosters, wages, stock, recruitment and daily operations.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising, window displays and promotional execution.
- Review performance and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity and customer retention.
- Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager background within fashion, boutique or premium retail.
- Genuine passion for styling, fashion and building lasting customer relationships.
- Proven ability to grow a loyal customer base through personalised service and selling.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing a high-performing team.
- Commercial confidence across KPIs, wages, rosters and store operations.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and pride in maintaining a beautifully presented boutique.
- Passion for delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the brand.
