The Role | As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead from the front, delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Coach, develop, and recruit a motivated, high-performing team
- Drive commercial performance through strong analysis and action
- Implement structure, consistency, and operational excellence
- Strengthen the store’s connection to the local community
- Build a positive, engaged team culture with clear expectations
- Established Whangārei location with strong potential
- Lead a team including ASM, Sales Associates, VM, and stock support
- High level of autonomy, backed by a supportive leadership team
- One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday roster)
- Proven Store Management experience in a high-volume or large-format environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lift performance
- A confident, people-first leader who can bring structure and stability
