- $70k per annum base salary

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, team leadership, and customer experience. You will lead a team of 10+ staff, driving sales results while creating a positive and high-performing store culture.
Working closely with your Assistant Manager and leadership team, you will ensure the store delivers outstanding service, strong visual standards, and achieves all performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Store Manager experience in retail is preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive sales performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Visual merchandising experience or knowledge preferred
- Someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
