What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience at a senior management level in fashion retail, ideally in a premium or luxury environment
- A genuine passion for fashion, style, and design, with a keen eye for trends and merchandising
- Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring, coaching, and developing a small team
- Excellent commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive results, manage budgets, and maximise store performance
- A hands-on approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Energy, professionalism, and a love for working in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
