We’re looking for a commercially driven and people-focused Store Manager who can bring fresh energy, challenge the status quo and lead the business into its next chapter. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring a large, multi-department retail and trade team.
- Driving sales, profitability and overall store performance.
- Developing your leadership team and building a strong culture of accountability.
- Elevating customer experience and strengthening community relationships.
- Improving operational standards, stock management and merchandising.
- Using commercial data and insights to identify opportunities and deliver results.
- Championing health, safety and operational excellence.
- Proven senior retail leadership experience, ideally in large-format or high-volume retail.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of improving business performance.
- The ability to lead, develop and motivate large teams.
- Excellent operational knowledge and a hands-on leadership approach.
- Confidence leading change, setting direction and holding teams accountable.
- A genuine passion for customers, people and community.
- $120,000 – $140,000 salary, depending on experience.
- Company vehicle.
