The Opportunity As Store Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day store operations, team leadership, customer experience, compliance, standards and commercial performance.
You will be joining the business at a pivotal time, with the chance to be heavily involved in the next chapter of the store, including the upcoming refurbishment, team development, operational improvements and building a strong local supermarket offer for the Tweed Heads community.
This role would suit someone who knows supermarket retail, understands the pace and pressure of FMCG, and is excited by the idea of leading a store through change, growth and transformation.

About You
We are looking for an experienced supermarket retail leader who is ready for their next adventure.
You will ideally have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or senior leader within a supermarket environment.
You will bring:
• Strong supermarket, grocery or fresh food retail experience
• Proven leadership capability in a fast-paced retail environment
• Commercial awareness across sales, wages, stock, shrinkage and standards
• Confidence leading teams through change and improvement
• A hands-on approach and willingness to be visible on the shop floor
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for local community retail
• The drive to take ownership of a store and help build something special
