About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a passionate team in Townsville. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the store, driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and creating a positive, high-performing team culture. You'll inspire and develop your team while ensuring the store consistently achieves outstanding commercial results.
What You Need
- Previous Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager experience within fashion retail
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Excellent customer service and styling capabilities
- Experience managing store operations, rostering, stock control, and visual merchandising
- A genuine passion for fashion and creating memorable customer experiences
