• Take full ownership of day-to-day store performance
• Deliver strong customer experience and maintain high standards
Drive Commercial Results
• Manage sales, wages and profitability
• Control stock, minimise loss and optimise inventory
Lead Your Team
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Create a positive, accountable store culture
Ensure Compliance
• Maintain all operational, safety and licensing standards
• Oversee stocktakes, reporting and store processes

• $80,000 – $85,000 + Super

About You
• Proven experience in retail management (liquor experience highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong understanding of stock control, inventory and store operations
• Confident leading teams and managing day-to-day performance
• Commercially aware with experience driving KPIs and results
• Holds a current RSA or willing to obtain
• Full working rights required (no sponsorship available)
• Open to relocation and embracing a regional lifestyle
