You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations, including team leadership, coaching and development, sales performance, customer experience, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong people leader who can create a positive team culture while driving commercial outcomes and delivering a premium customer experience.

- Proven experience in retail leadership or store management
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Commercially minded with confidence around KPIs and sales performance
- Passionate about customer experience and creating a positive store culture
- Organised, hands-on, and solutions-focused in your leadership approach
- Experience within premium retail, jewellery, fashion, or customer-led environments advantageous
