About the Role:
- Lead and inspire a team of 8 + 2 casuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive sales, profitability, and store performance across key KPIs
- Build strong team culture with a focus on engagement, retention, and development
- Manage all day-to-day store operations including rostering, stock, and visual standards
- Take ownership of commercial outcomes and identify opportunities to grow the business
- Oversee HR and ER matters, ensuring a balanced and high-performing team environment
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Highly sales-driven with a strong understanding of KPIs and profitability
- Experience managing people, including HR/ER and building team capability
- A natural leader who can create a positive and inclusive team culture
- Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
- Salary: $68,000 – $70,000
- Uncapped bonus structure (based on store profitability)
- Commission: 1% of sales when targets are achieved
- Paid parking
- Tuesday to Saturday roster (8:30am – 5:00pm, with flexibility required)
