Your New Role:
As Store Manager of their brand new location, you'll be responsible for leading the store, supporting your team and creating an environment where customers enjoy shopping and team members enjoy coming to work.
You'll oversee daily operations and lead the store like its your own business, lead by example on the shop floor and support your team deliver outstanding service to your loyal customers.
- Recruit, train and develop a brand new team while creating a positive and supportive store culture.
- Drive sales performance and take ownership of store results, wages and daily operations.
- Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Coach and support team members through regular feedback, training and development.
- Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock management and store presentation.
- Ensure the store is well organised, well presented and running smoothly each day.
- Create a team environment that is energetic, customer focused and results driven.
- Proven Retail Management experience in a busy retail environment where service, product knowledge and strong customer connection are key.
- Confident leading from the floor with the ability to coach, motivate and bring the team with you throughout the trading day.
- Strong across stock, inventory and store operations with a good understanding of replenishment, product movement, shrinkage and keeping the store commercially ready.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, sales targets and daily trade priorities while keeping the team focused on what matters most.
- Natural communicator who can build genuine relationships with customers, team members and the wider business.
- Hands-on leader who is happy to jump in where needed, set the standard and create a positive store culture people want to be part of.
