The Opportunity

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stock management, merchandising and visual standards.

- Make confident decisions and take ownership of the store's performance.
- Proven experience managing a retail store and leading a team.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Confidence coaching team members, providing feedback and managing performance.
- A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who takes initiative, adapts to change and is comfortable working independently.
- Outdoor, apparel or specialist retail experience is advantageous.
- Salary of $70,000–$73,000 + Super.
