About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s day-to-day operations, leading from the front on the shop floor while building a high-energy, customer-focused team. This is a people-first environment where proactive leadership, strong service standards and a positive store culture are key to success.
This opportunity can be offered on either a Full-Time (38 hours) or Part-Time (30–35 hours) basis, with a consistent Tuesday–Saturday roster for full-time team members.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Driving sales performance and achieving weekly targets
- Managing day-to-day store operations including roster management and visual standards
- Building a proactive, positive and accountable team culture
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and supporting in-store merchandising
- Monitoring store results and implementing actions to improve performance
- Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences
- Proactive, hands-on leadership style with strong initiative
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive team performance
- High energy, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday roster (FT structure)
- $60,000–$65,000 + super
