About the Role
As Store Manager in Robina, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence. You'll be responsible for coaching and developing your team, creating a positive store culture, and ensuring the store consistently performs at its best.
What You Need
- Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience within fashion retail
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
- Excellent customer service and styling capabilities
- Ability to manage store operations, rostering, and stock processes
