Your New Role:
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store and lead your team to deliver strong outcomes across sales, service, operations and culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the tone daily, create clarity for your team and ensure the store is trading with energy, structure and consistency.
You will work closely with your leadership team to drive performance, develop talent and keep the store moving in the right direction. The ideal person will be operationally savvy, analytical and genuinely passionate about building capability within their team.
What You’ll Get Up To:
- Lead and inspire a large team across service, sales, stock, operations and visual standards
- Drive ownership across the store by setting clear expectations, following up and creating accountability
- Use sales results, KPIs and store reporting to identify opportunities and make smart commercial decisions
- Coach and develop your team with a focus on growth, confidence and long-term succession
- Manage daily trade, stock flow, replenishment, deliveries and back of house standards
- Partner closely with your leadership team to create structure, communication and consistency
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities across product, people, trade and store operations
- Keep the team connected to the customer experience and the overall direction of the brand
- Store management experience within fashion, large format, big box or high volume retail
- Strong operational capability across stock flow, rosters, wages, store standards and daily execution
- A commercial and analytical mindset with confidence using data to drive outcomes
- A genuine passion for team development, coaching and building future leaders
- Flexible, adaptable and engaging leadership style with the ability to bring people on the journey
- Strong understanding of KPIs, sales performance and what drives a successful retail store
- Fashion forward and comfortable leading in a trend driven retail environment
- Confident managing pace, complexity and change while keeping the team focused and motivated
