We are seeking experienced Store Managers to lead essential retail operations across remote Australian communities.
This is more than your typical supermarket management role. You'll take ownership of store performance, lead and develop a local team, oversee stock and inventory, and ensure the community has access to essential groceries and everyday products.
You'll need to be adaptable, hands-on and comfortable managing the challenges of a remote retail environment, while building genuine relationships with the people and communities you serve.

About You
We're looking for a commercially minded retail leader who can bring strong operational experience and a people-first leadership approach.
- Previous experience as a Supermarket Store Manager, Grocery Manager or senior retail leader.
- Strong knowledge of grocery operations, stock control, inventory and merchandising.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
- Confident managing budgets, sales targets, costs and store performance.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and comfortable working autonomously.
- Open to relocating and embracing a remote community lifestyle.
