This is a great opportunity for a retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people and knows how to turn great customer service into strong commercial results. With global expansion underway, you'll be joining a business with plenty of momentum and opportunities to grow.

About the role
You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, balancing people leadership, customer experience and commercial results. From coaching your team on the shop floor to keeping a close eye on business performance, you'll help create a store that customers love visiting and people love working in.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Setting clear expectations and supporting your team to achieve their goals.
  • Driving sales and tracking performance against budgets and KPIs.
  • Managing rosters, wage costs, stock control and loss prevention.
  • Ensuring the store is presented to a high standard and products are styled to inspire customers.
  • Building customer loyalty through personalised service and product recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve store performance and team capability.
  • Creating a positive environment where people feel encouraged to contribute and succeed.
What we're looking for
We're keen to meet a confident, people-focused leader who brings personality, passion and a genuine desire to succeed.

You'll ideally have:
  • Experience leading a retail team, either as a Store Manager or an Assistant Manager ready to step up.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with sales targets, KPIs and operational responsibilities.
  • An interest in jewellery, fashion, accessories or styling.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to leadership and team development.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability and a desire to keep learning.
What's in it for you?
  • Generous quarterly product allowance of up to $200
  • 50% staff discount on products
  • Development Academy and opportunities for career progression
  • Staff incentives and commission programme planned for the new year
** Please note that the retail blackout period runs from mid-November to mid-January. Applicants must be available throughout this period, with no holidays or planned leave.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
