The Role:
This is a hands-on Store Manager position where you’ll own the full store operation, from people leadership through to sales performance and customer experience. You’ll be:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving sales, KPIs, and commercial outcomes
- Creating a premium, consultative in-store experience
- Building strong, long-term relationships with a loyal customer base
- Overseeing visual merchandising, stock, and day-to-day operations
- Taking a solutions-focused approach with customers and the team
- Proven Store Management experience in a specialty or premium retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive results
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership style
- Confident, articulate communicator with natural sales ability
- Someone who thrives in a relationship-led, consultative environment
- High attention to detail and pride in store presentation
