About the Role
We are searching for an energetic and passionate Store Manager to lead a beautiful boutique in Port Douglas. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader who loves beach culture, fashion and creating memorable customer experiences.
You will take ownership of all aspects of store performance, leading from the front to drive sales results while building a positive and high-performing team culture. With a strong focus on styling, customer connection and visual presentation, you will ensure every customer leaves feeling confident, empowered and excited about their purchase.
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in a fashion retail leadership role (Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor)
• A natural people leader who can motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for styling and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets
• Strong visual merchandising skills with a creative eye for store presentation
• Experience managing store operations including stock, rostering and financial tasks
• A proactive and enthusiastic leadership style that inspires others
• A genuine love for fashion, beach culture and a summer-inspired lifestyle
