As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance, leading your team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent operational standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 8–10
- Driving sales performance and achieving key KPIs
- Creating a positive and engaging team culture
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and operational standards
- Managing day-to-day store operations including rostering, stock management and administration
- $63,000 per annum + kiwisaver
