About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the Ponsonby boutique, driving a strong customer experience, developing your team, and delivering commercial results while representing the brand’s values.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 6
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong client relationships
• Drive sales through floor leadership and team development
• Manage daily operations including rostering, stock, and store standards
• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and brand presentation

• Salary package of $75,000–$80,000 per annum
