About the role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead the Pacific Fair boutique. This role is suited to a warm, confident and commercially focused leader who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing a passionate team and taking ownership of their store’s performance.
You’ll be responsible for driving sales, coaching and motivating your team, delivering an exceptional styling experience and ensuring operational excellence across every aspect of the store.
What you'll need:
- Previous Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager experience within fashion or apparel retail.
- A genuine passion for personalised styling, customer service and relationship building.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a successful retail team.
- Strong operational experience across rostering, stock management, visual merchandising and KPI performance.
- A warm, hands-on leadership style with strong commercial awareness.
- The ability to create an inclusive, welcoming and customer-focused store environment.
- $65,000 + super.
- Performance-based quarterly bonus opportunity.
