• Up to $90,000 + Super
• Up to $15,000 combined remote/rental assistance

Dysart – Store Manager
• Up to $85,000 + Super
• Relocation support provided
• Busy regional supermarket with established team
Middlemount – Store Manager
• Up to $85,000 + Super
• Rental assistance + relocation support
• Great opportunity for a hands-on operational leader
Bucasia Beach (Mackay Region) – Store Manager
• Up to $75,000 + Super
• Relocation support provided
• Smaller-format store ideal for a community-focused leader
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading day-to-day supermarket operations
• Driving sales, wage control and store performance
• Building strong team culture and accountability
• Managing stock flow, merchandising and compliance
• Coaching and developing your team
• Creating a welcoming experience for customers and locals alike
What We’re Looking For
• Previous supermarket, FMCG or high-volume retail leadership experience
• Strong operational capability and commercial awareness
• Hands-on leadership style
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Ability to adapt to regional and community-based environments
