Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and styling experiences
- Manage store operations, rostering, and daily priorities
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Monitor stock management and inventory processes
- Create a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture
- Previous Store Management experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium retail
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Passionate about customer experience and team development
- Commercially minded with a track record of achieving results
- Organised, hands-on, and confident, leading from the front
