About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a beautiful boutique on Hastings Street in Noosa. You'll take ownership of the store's performance, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, developing your people and maintaining strong operational standards. This role is perfect for a confident, hands-on retail leader who loves building relationships with customers, creating a positive team environment and bringing energy to the shop floor.
What You Need
- Proven Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience within fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
- Confidence driving sales, achieving KPIs and managing store performance
- A genuine passion for coaching, developing and inspiring a team
- Strong operational skills across rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
- A customer-first approach with the ability to build lasting relationships
- A positive, hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead by example
- $66,000 base salary + super
