This is a flagship store with a loyal customer base and an established team. We are seeking a confident, commercially driven leader who can maintain strong performance while elevating team capability and culture.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster, offering strong work life balance in one of Queensland’s most desirable coastal locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of four
- Driving conversion and sales performance
- Confidently performance managing team members
- Maintaining exceptional visual and brand standards
- Managing rosters, wage control and store operations
- Building lasting relationships with a loyal client base
- Delivering consistent commercial results across peak and quieter trade periods
- Proven Store Manager experience within apparel retail
- Strong performance management capability
- Confidence having direct and constructive conversations
- Commercial mindset with clear KPI understanding
- Ability to lead with maturity and authority
- A genuine passion for fashion and styling
- Experience managing a $1M+ store environment
- $70K to $75K salary package depending on experience
