The role
You’ll take full ownership of the boutique, leading a small team and driving both commercial performance and the overall client experience. You’ll be hands-on, visible on the shop floor and responsible for maintaining the highest standards across sales, clienteling, operations and brand presentation.
You’ll lead, coach and develop your team, build meaningful client relationships, drive KPIs and ensure every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and exclusivity of the brand.

We’re looking for an experienced luxury retail leader with a strong background in premium or luxury fashion and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
