About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team of approximately 13 team members. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take full ownership of the store's commercial success, customer experience, and team culture while representing a premium global footwear brand.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through styling, clientelling, and service excellence.
- Driving sales performance, KPIs, and operational excellence.
- Executing visual merchandising and maintaining premium brand standards.
- Managing recruitment, rostering, performance, and succession planning.
- Creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
- $75,000–$80,000 salary package, based in indivdual experience
- Tuesday–Saturday roster | 40 hours per week.
