Store Manager - Newmarket

About the Role:  As Store Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 13 staff while overseeing all aspects of store performance including:
  • Customer experience and clienteling
  • Team leadership, coaching, and development
  • Sales performance and operational excellence
  • Visual merchandising and brand presentation
  • Rostering, recruitment, and team culture
  • Driving a positive, high-performing environment

About You:
  • Proven senior Store Management experience within premium fashion, footwear, beauty, or customer-focused retail environments
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing larger-format teams
  • Passionate about fashion, styling, and customer experience
  • Commercially minded with strong operational management skills
  • Hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and building strong team culture
  • Beautifully presented, personable, and confident communicator
