- Lead a structured team including ASM, 3IC, Senior Key Holders, Stock Manager, and part-time/casual team

- Drive sales, KPIs and store profitability
- Oversee rostering, stock flow, visual merchandising and reporting
- Maintain operational excellence and strong in-store standards

- $70–75k per annum (depending on experience) + KiwiSaver
