As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the successful opening of the new Queen Street store
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team of approximately 10 staff
- Driving sales performance and commercial outcomes
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Creating a positive, high-performing store culture
- Managing store operations including stock, rostering, visual merchandising, and reporting
- Building strong community connections and local brand presence
- Supporting customer events, partnerships, and community initiatives
