About the Role
An opportunity has opened for an experienced Store Manager to take over a key Brisbane location. This is not a “maintain the status quo” role - we're looking for a confident leader who can step in, take ownership, rebuild expectations, and create accountability from the ground up. With an established team already in place, your focus will be on coaching, performance management, team development, and lifting the overall store environment and customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in turnaround environments and knows how to lead from the front.
What You Need
- Previous Store Management experience in fashion or specialty retail
- Proven coaching capability - able to re-educate, redirect, and develop teams
- Hands-on operational strength across stock, VM, customer experience, and store presentation
- High energy and the ability to create momentum in fast-moving environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on KPIs, productivity, and team performance
- $65,000 – $68,000 + super
