Join a nationally recognised brand as a Store Manager at their high-performing Miranda location! Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead, inspire and coach your team to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.

What You Will Get Up To
- Drive and exceed sales, KPIs and service standards
- Take the lead on stock operations, including deliveries, transfers, replenishment and inventory management
- Support visual merchandising to keep the store looking fresh, commercial and brand-aligned
- Motivate, train and coach the team, stepping up to lead in the Store Manager’s absence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a high-traffic, fast-moving environment
- Drive efficiency on the shop floor while delivering a premium customer experience
- 1–2+ years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Proven success managing stock operations in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and motivating teams
- Sales-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Customer-first mindset, with strong styling and product knowledge skills
