As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the Manawa Bay store, leading a team of approximately 12–14 team members and driving exceptional results across sales, customer experience, team development and store operations.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced retail professional who thrives on building high-performing teams, delivering commercial outcomes and creating an engaging store environment where both customers and team members feel valued.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales performance and achieving key commercial targets and KPIs
- Creating exceptional customer experiences through genuine connection and product expertise
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members to support long-term success
- Managing all aspects of store operations including rostering, stock management, reporting and visual merchandising
- Maintaining premium brand standards and ensuring operational excellence
- Building strong relationships within the local community and representing the brand authentically
