About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s daily operations, leading a large and passionate team of around 60 staff. You’ll ensure the highest standards of customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance, while creating a positive, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and P&L control.
- Lead, train, and inspire a large team to deliver exceptional service and operational standards.
- Maintain compliance with workplace, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships within the local community.
- Drive store initiatives that align with the company’s values and community focus.
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within supermarkets or FMCG environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on and supportive management style.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and interpreting P&L statements.
- A genuine passion for people, service, and community engagement.
- Full Australian working rights (unfortunately, this position does not support visa sponsorship).
