Your New Role:

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store’s performance, leading all aspects of sales, team development, operations and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, professionalism and commercial mindset will set the standard.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team through structured performance management and ongoing development
  • Taking full accountability for store results, confidently analysing and communicating KPIs, trade outcomes and business decisions
  • Driving commercial success through effective forecasting, rostering and trade analysis
  • Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor, leading by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Building and sustaining a positive team culture grounded in accountability, connection and high performance
  • Making informed business decisions that balance people, product and profitability
  • Demonstrating strong emotional intelligence when managing challenges, feedback and team dynamics
  • Investing in your own leadership development and continuously seeking opportunities to grow
  • Creating meaningful connections within the local community, aligning with a lifestyle focused brand ethos
The Experience Checklist:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within fashion or lifestyle retail
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team to achieve results
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of KPIs, sales performance and budgeting
  • Confident in managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock control and trade
  • Passionate about delivering a high-energy, customer first retail experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead effectively
