Key responsibilities
• Lead daily operations and maintain store standards
• Manage cash handling, AML checks and compliance
• Coach team performance and lift capability
• Solve issues fast and support customer needs
• Identify growth opportunities and support local marketing

Skills and experience we are looking for
• Leadership experience in retail or service
• Strong people coaching and performance skills
• Confidence with compliance or regulated work
• Solid decision making and problem solving
• High attention to detail and process accuracy
