About your new role
You will step into a hands-on, autonomous role running our boutique Castle Towers store. You will lead a lean casual team, drive service standards and manage daily floor operations. What’s on offer
- $65,000 to $70,000 base plus superannuation

- Fixed Tuesday to Saturday roster
- Lead floor service using the Stop, Drop and Smile policy
- Recruit, onboard and train casual team members
- Manage inventory, cycle counts and daily cash reconciliation
- Maintain immaculate product displays and front-faced jars
- Execute daily cleaning and sanitising schedules
- Build weekly staff rosters within wage budgets
- Proven experience leading and coaching retail teams
- Specialty or premium experiential retail background
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a lean store
- Strong standard of professional personal presentation
- Genuine passion or curiosity for cooking and food
