About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume store located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the store's success, from sales and operational performance to team engagement, customer satisfaction and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 20 team members to achieve outstanding results.
- Drive sales performance and deliver on key business KPIs.
- Foster a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service and support.
- Manage stock control, inventory, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, compliance and company standards are maintained.
- Recruit, train and develop team members while supporting succession planning.
- Build a positive and engaged team culture through regular coaching, feedback and development.
- Previous Store Management experience within a high-volume or large-format retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales and operational performance.
- Confident managing stock control, rostering, compliance and store operations.
- Ability to analyse sales reports and use KPIs to drive business outcomes.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication skills with a practical, hands-on leadership style.
